m a newbie with regard to gis stuff. i would like to ask help in converting coordinates from the vietnamese coordinate system or vn-2000 to gcs (lat/long). does anyone know any free program that i could use or any website that could help me with this?
here's a sample of what i need to convert:
x= 2331651.544 y= 431674.917
