I am beginning a grad project for a cartography class. I have ARCGIS 9.3 for class assignments. A relative has a company that uses Geographix. He wants a map that identifies existing permits located in the Marcellus Shale area. Will the two software platforms talk to each other? Can I create in ARCGIS and port to Geographix or should I just learn Geographix?
