Subject: Month numbers used for solar radiation

This is probably a stupid question, but how does
ArcGIS label the months for annual solar radiation
calcuations. I'm assuming the raster file numbered as
"10" represents November, "11" represents December, "0" represents January... Is this correct. Thanks for any help.
