Subject:  USGS Lithogy PATTERNS style or symboly layer file?

The USGS published a paper titled FGDC Digital Cartographic Standard for Geologic Map Symbolization (FGDC Document Number FGDC-STD-013-2006 Appendix A) with shows sedimentary-rock lithologic patterns (not colors, but patterns). The file I found to download is missing oomponents (for example, # 626 - Chalk). Does anyone know where to get a complete ArcGIS file, either a .style file or a symbology layer file? Thank you.
