Lexon Technologies Announces Strategic
Relationship With Harrop & Co.
DOWNERS GROVE, Ill., Dec. 13, 2000---LEXON Technologies, Inc. (OTCBB:LXTI) --
Kenneth J. Eaken, LEXON's recently appointed Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, announced today that Harrop &
Co. of Geneva, Switzerland will represent the company in seeking business partners and alliances in Europe and Asia.
The two companies will use the working relationship to explore further ways of working together.
In this joint release, Michael J.A. Harrop and Kenneth J. Eaken both noted the absolute necessity of new global business
relationships for LEXON. Mr. Eaken added, "The alliance with Mike and his group is an indication of the company's
dedication to reengineer the company's strategy and focus on making the company's global online initiatives a reality". Mr.
Harrop stated, "The world GIS market is crying out for three or four authoritative category-leaders who can inspire
international generic team-work. Someone has got to develop inter-operable net-deliverable planet-wide host-platforms for
everything from education to position-based technologies, including the standards that make it all work together. LEXON's
ongoing US National Atlas agreement, backed by the USGS's worldwide reputation, irrevocably puts LEXON in the
cockpit. That unique position has real value. And responsibilities. We are confident that LEXON's shareholders will rapidly
give its new management and personnel the needed structural and financial muscle to get the job done. There is very little time
to lose. On our side we will be immediately committing considerable resources to representing LEXON opposite GIS,
mapping, and satellite authorities in European and Asian markets. Our reputation will be riding on LEXON."
