VISTAinfo Expands Internet Partner Network
Co-Brand Relationships Leverage Unique Real Estate Data Available on NearMyHome.com

SAN DIEGO, Jan. 13 - VISTAinfo, Inc. (Nasdaq: VINF) announced today an alliance and co-branding agreement with MonsterDaata.com, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: MDDC), a leading neighborhood information Web site, to provide MonsterDaata.com customers access to VISTAinfo's unique community and real estate database information.

Under the agreement, content from VISTAinfo's NearMyHome.com community information site will be included on the MonsterDaata.com Web site, as well as through MonsterDaata.com's distributor network.

"This relationship, and similar partner alliances, allows VISTAinfo to broaden its reach into real estate information sites that provide current homeowners and prospective buyers and sellers with pertinent real estate solutions information," said Scott Clyde, VISTAinfo's executive vice president. "By leveraging our robust property-related data and expanding the mapping & visualization capabilities through the NearMyHome site, we are now able to provide visitors to other co-branded real estate sites with specialized community information and data that was once only available to the real estate professional."

VISTAinfo and MonsterDaata.com are co-branding key elements of NearMyHome.com including the community mapping features that allow consumers to view and explore over 30 different layers of unique real estate information including school information, hazardous waste locations and sources, flood zones, demographics and related content. To retrieve information from the NearMyHome site, consumers need simply to enter a city, state or ZIP Code and are instantly provided information about the area surrounding the user's home. Users can also easily create maps as well as order specific reports on their selected areas.

"This alliance will provide an important new point of access between home-buying and selling consumers and VISTAinfo's NearMyHome.com site," said Tom Gay, president & CEO of VISTAinfo. "Our growth strategy is closely tied to our ability to negotiate proprietary partnerships and co-branding arrangements with leading real estate portal sites and content providers."

"We're thrilled to integrate the mapping capabilities and specialized information of NearMyHome.com into our rapidly expanding real estate service offerings," said Mitchell Deutsch, chairman & CEO of MonsterDaata.com. "VISTAinfo's extraordinary expertise in developing lead-generation real estate content and transactional property information enhances our ability to remain a "best of breed" total solutions provider to the real estate professional and consumer."
