This event will immediately precede CTIA's Wireless I.T. 2000 conference at the Santa Clara Convention Center, Santa Clara, California and will feature keynote and technical presentations from leading speakers and developers in the wireless application development field. Tim received Infoworld's Industry Achievement Award in 1998 for his advocacy on behalf of the Open Source community. Michael has worldwide development responsibility across IBM's far-reaching pervasive computing initiatives. He oversees the development technologies and solutions that fit IBM's strategic investments in device software, server software and application software. Technical presentations will focus on the hottest technologies in the industry today, including: WAP, Bluetooth, XML, Mobile Security, and Java in mobile devices.
