Caliper Releases ZIP Code Boundaries for 2000ZIP Code boundaries are constantly changing to keep up with new housing and commercial development. Yet most people using Geographic Information System (GIS) software have ZIP Code data that are seriously out of date, decreasing the reliability and value of the maps they produce. The new ZIP Code data are supplied in the Caliper compact geographic format, and are compatible with all Caliper software products, including Maptitude®, the company's full-featured Geographic Information System for Windows. Maptitude allows users to present their data on detailed maps, and to overlay these maps with an unlimited variety of demographic and geographic data. It includes a comprehensive database of U.S. streets, which allows users to locate and display addresses anywhere in the country.
