ThinkBurst Media, Inc. Launches As The Leading Media Company For The Wireless Internet
NICEVILLE, Fla., July 25, 2000--GeoComm International Corporation (GeoComm) announced today that it has formed ThinkBurst Media, Inc. as the new parent company for its media-related properties. GeoComm will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of ThinkBurst Media, Inc. and will continue to operate its consulting business.

GeoComm owns and operates a network of online communities for technical professionals in the Wireless Internet industry (the Wireless Developer Network - www.wirelessdevnet.com) and in Geographic Information Systems, the foundation of location-based wireless services (the GeoCommunity - www.geocomm.com).

The company is aggressively pursuing offline opportunities as well in the form of conferences, seminars, and corporate training. In conjunction with CTIA, WirelessDevNet.com is planning and sponsoring the Wireless Developer Seminar immediately preceding CTIA's Wireless I.T. 2000 event on October 15, 2000. Additional events will be announced in the coming weeks.

"ThinkBurst Media, Inc. conveys our vision and mission to build an online media powerhouse focused on Wireless Internet technologies," said Thomas Knighten, President, GeoComm International Corporation. "As the transition continues from a wired, PC-based Internet to the Wireless Internet, the retrofitting of Web applications presents a significant learning curve. The new myriad of platforms, technologies, standards and service providers is a virtual nightmare for wireless developers and managers trying to stay well- informed. Our goal is to become a `Information Hub for the Wireless Internet' - the one place people go online for information on these emerging technologies," Knighten continued.

"Our portfolio of specialty content sites will focus solely on wireless technologies such as WAP, Java, Bluetooth, Palm, 3G communications, SMS, Mobile Commerce, and Symbian. As ThinkBurst Media, Inc., we will continue to add complementary online communities that drive our growth in the Wireless Internet sector and build an international platform, " Knighten stated.
