Accurate data access and spatial analysis improves quality of geographically

to third-party content using Centrus Real-Time(tm), Sagent's Web-based
information service.
By incorporating Centrus Real-Time into ESRI's business applications, ESRI
customers are now better able to improve customer service, increase revenues
and reduce costs using the most accurate geographic, demographic and
firmographic customer information available.
With this integration of a
leading real-time information service and key GIS software, ESRI customers
are better able to conduct precise market analysis, significantly reducing
the cost and time involved in "start-to-finish" GIS projects that use
spatial components, such as street addresses, ZIP codes, product
registration codes and geographic coordinates. This will enable ESRI
customers to significantly improve their cross-sell and up-sell campaigns,
one-to-one marketing and direct marketing programs.
Sagent maximizes the accuracy and value of ESRI customers' and prospects'
information by seamlessly verifying address information, incorporating
value-added third-party demographic information and conducting spatial
analysis. ESRI customers are now able to purchase data based on specific

Centrus Real-Time is used to solve a variety of industry-specific problems.
In the telecommunications market for DSL loop pre-qualification, the
telecommunications customers' proximity to the local exchange service is
determined using Sagent's seamless geographic information service, enabling
more precise and timely deployments of DSL service.
In the insurance
industry, Centrus Real-Time is used to automate underwriting by gathering
rating territory information for auto and home owners. In e-Business,
address validation and verification is used to increase customer

to pick up orders or making sure orders are delivered to the proper customer
