New Public Works Software Company Appoints Regional Managers


GBA Master Series, Inc. proudly announces the appointments of Joel A. Knight, PE, Manager East Region, and Allison L. Tuttle, EIT, Manager West Region.

Knight received a degree in Civil Engineering from University of Missouri-Columbia in 1995. George Butler Associates, Inc. (Lenexa, KS) previously employed him as a project engineer providing infrastructure system surveys and analysis for clients in both the public and private sectors. He joined GBA Master Series, Inc. in 1998. His new responsibilities for GBA Master Series, Inc. includes coordinating software sales efforts and business development in the Midwestern and southeastern United States. Other activities Knight will pursue include advanced product development for the GBA Master Series™ Sewer Master® program along with product design and development for other applications in the software suite. He will also provide implementation services for the infrastructure management software.

Tuttle will complete a Masters in Business Administration degree from the University of Kansas in December. She received a degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Kansas in 1995. Tuttle joined GBA Master Series, Inc. as Account Manager earlier this year. She has been instrumental in developing and executing the Client First Plan, a customer care program; executing the Tell Your Neighbor program, a client referral program; organizing the firm's national user group meeting; and, participating in related sales efforts. As Manager of the West Region, Tuttle will coordinate regional sales and marketing efforts in the western United States. She will also provide implementation services for the infrastructure management software.

These promotions demonstrate the commitment made by GBA Master Series, Inc. to provide comprehensive solutions to public works organizations nationwide. These solutions include specific recommendations tailored to each agency's needs for state-of-the-art infrastructure management software and related implementation activities.
