DENVER, Nov. 22, 2000--Inform Worldwide, Inc. (Inform), a syndicator of location technology and wholly
owned subsidiary of Inform Worldwide Holdings, Inc. (OTCBB:IWWH), announced today that it has joined the Location Interoperability
Forum (LIF), an organization founded by Motorola, Ericsson and Nokia to advance the worldwide deployment of location-based services.
Inform will work with the LIF and its many member organizations to help develop geoprocessing specifications that enable the global
deployment and delivery of interoperable location-based services. LIF is an international, not-for-profit organization.
"We look forward to participating with the many organizations around the world that make up the LIF," said Henry Tom, Inform's Vice
President of Global Alliances. "LIF will play a key role in the developing international standards for the use and integration of location

provide location-aware ASP solutions for commercial and consumer applications."
As a member of LIF, Inform will promote the standardization of geoprocessing and location-aware technologies to support advances in
mobile and wireless applications. By working with the major IT developers and users represented by LIF, Inform hopes to accelerate the
development and delivery of location-based services to the commercial and consumer markets globally.
Mr. Tom, a 31-year veteran of the location-technologies business, also serves as the Chair and U.S. Head of the Delegation for the
