Jump to Website Here
WHO: PlanetCAD Inc. (AMEX-PCD), a leading developer of Cycle Time Reduction software solutions for the manufacturing supply chain

WHAT: PlanetCAD will host one-on-one press meetings at AUTO-TECH to brief interested parties on recent announcements regarding new CATIA products and services

WHEN: Tuesday, August 28, 2001 from 9:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.

WHERE: Hospitality suite at the Cobo Conference Center

PlanetCAD will be highlighting its new PlanetCAD Passport(tm) to CATIA V5 program at Auto-Tech 2001, alongside the latest version of its award-winning PrescientQA(tm) products.

PrescientQA 4.1 for Unigraphics is the leading design quality standards product for Unigraphics users. The product allows monitoring, assessment and auto-correction of data to meet strict design standards set by the customer. This latest version offers even more out-of-the box standards for checking, increased interface functionality and improved integration with the Unigraphics system.

PlanetCAD Passport to CATIA V5 is a new, innovative program that eases CATIA users into a well-planned data migration from CATIA V4 - V5. This service assesses the achievement of CATIA V4 data standards to CATIA V5 'best practices,' reports on the time and cost estimates for getting data to meet basic standards and offers options for auto-correction of the data.

If you are interested in meeting with PlanetCAD, please contact Matt Otepka to arrange an interview with PlanetCAD executives. For additional information on PlanetCAD, please visit www.planetcad.com
