Following the success of GIS in Action, an interactive web guide (powered by Laser-Scan) detailing what's going on around the exhibition, Laser-Scan has now dedicated part of its company website (www.laser-scan.com) to what's going on inside the show.

As well as the latest news on what's happening on the Laser-Scan stand, visitors can find out more about the company's presentations, speakers, seminars and workshops within GIS 2001, and the AGI conference, which runs alongside the event.

During GIS 2001 Laser-Scan is launching its new range of products designed to provide easy access to the vast power of its Gothic environment. The company's homepage (www.laser-scan.com) will lead you directly to the latest news about Laser-Scan at GIS 2001; the different sections will tell you more about the products themselves, what demonstrations you can expect to see at GIS 2001 and where they fit into the market.

Laser-Scan Managing Director Dr Michael Sanderson says:

"This is an example of Laser-Scan's commitment to making the GIS 2001 event a success. Our new products provide awesome capabilities - we're confident that visitors to our stand at GIS 2001 will be amazed at what our technology can do, and how easy it is to use."

GIS 2001 is one of Europe's leading spatial business intelligence exhibitions; it is run in association with The AGI conference showcasing over 120 of the leading GI vendors.

GIS Event Manager Jessica Lonnkivist says:

" Following on from the success of GIS in Action it is great to see Laser Scan's continual dedication and enthusiasm to help visitors, to GIS 2001, utilise their time at the event through their own website. We are confident that visitors to Laser-Scan's website will be able to find much of the information they need about the event and conference."
