RADARSAT International Announces New President

Richmond, B.C. - RADARSAT International (RSI), a subsidiary of MacDonald
Dettwiler & Associates (MDA) announced today the appointment of Phil S. Gray
as RSI's new President. Mr. Gray succeeds Roland Knight, who has moved to
MDA's Information Products Group as Operations Manager. Mr. Knight has been
with RSI for eight years, the last two as President.
Mr. Gray brings over 20 years of experience in business and operations
management in the Aerospace and Aviation industry. Mr. Gray's priorities at
RSI are to continue growing the company to be the world's premier one-stop
shop for Earth-observation satellite data, products and services.
Prior to joining RSI, Mr. Gray was President and General Manager of another
MDA subsidiary, Access BC Information Services. Access BC provides online
property information in British Columbia. Mr. Gray's previous positions
include Director of Project Operations at Glenayre Electronics, and Director
of Aviation Systems at MDA.
