FORT COLLINS, Colo., July 31 - Just one month after releasing its newest video mapping system, Red Hen Systems has secured the single largest order in the company's history. The systems package includes the company's cable-less video mapping system, VMS Mobile, and version 5.0 of MediaMapper ELITE, the company's flagship software.

"This purchase further validates that our multimedia mapping systems are highly desirable for use in defense and intelligence decision-making," said Jim Baker, CEO of Red Hen Systems. "The solutions we offer are an excellent fit for the rigorous requirements of our customers."

Red Hen Systems specializes in software systems that enable users to geo-reference and map digital photographs, video, audio, and text documents. The end product is an information-rich, interactive map with remarkable ground-truthing detail. Industries using Red Hen Systems include defense and intelligence, utilities and transportation, natural resources, and others.

"As a systems integrator, we learned very quickly the importance and versatility of Red Hen Systems' spatial multimedia solutions," said Todd Ricker, Federal Solutions Facility Manager at Lucille Maud Corporation, the 8(a) civilian company that handled the order. "Red Hen Systems demonstrated a high degree of professionalism and worked hard to meet the customer's every need. This level of service coupled with their robust product line makes them the right business partner."

The purchase, valued at approximately $300,000, consists of MediaMapper ELITE, VMS 200, and VMS Mobile, and will be used in global operations. MediaMapper ELITE is the most advanced multimedia mapping solution available, enabling users to collect, process, create and distribute digital interactive maps. VMS Mobile, which began shipping in June 2003, allows for discreet and cable-free location and video data collection. VMS 200 records video, audio, and GPS data on one tape and is ideal for in-vehicle data collection. To view MediaMapper ELITE capabilities, a trial version can be downloaded from www.redhensystems.com . Click on "MediaMapper ELITE" and then "Free Trial."

Based in Fort Collins, Colo., Red Hen Systems, Inc., is a leading global provider of spatial multimedia solutions for improved decision-making. Easy- to-use data collection tools and digital map-making capabilities allow users to publish interactive maps at the push of a button. Through Red Hen technology, a clearer picture of a complex world emerges.
