Geonetics Announces Appointment of New Program Manager
Boston, Massachusetts – February 4, 2003 – Geonetics, a leading provider of enterprise-wide AM/FM/GIS solutions to utilities, DOT’s, and government agencies announced today the appointment of Mr. David Weinstein as Program Manager. Prior to joining Geonetics, Mr. Weinstein was Senior GIS Program Manager at SAIC for the Marine Science and Information Management Division.
Mr. Weinstein’s primary focus will be deploying Geonetics’ IT solutions for state highway departments, including the implementation of an LRS (Linear Referencing System), migration from legacy systems to more technologically advanced platforms and data models, and the creation of custom applications that use spatial data to address specific operational procedures within a DOT.
