GITA's 2004 Awards Program - Nominate Now!
Printer Friendly versionPrinter Friendly

Since 1989, the Geospatial Information & Technology Association (GITA) has awarded both individuals and user organizations for their extraordinary efforts and successes in implementing geospatial technologies. These awards recognize many special achievements in various industry segments.

Please take a look at GITA’s newly reorganized awards program which includes several new and exciting award categories. I encourage you to consider nominating user organizations and individuals whose outstanding achievements are worthy of special recognition. They no longer have to be members of GITA.

If you have GITA User Affiliate Member customers, please encourage them to nominate themselves as candidates for the 2004 GITA Awards Program. It’s easy to do—the nomination procedure for all GITA awards is Web-based. Nomination forms and instructions are available by clicking here. Please note that many nominations require responses in essay format. Several nominations also encourage the submission of additional supporting materials to GITA.

Please direct all award nomination inquiries to at GITA headquarters. Phone: 303-337-0513, or via e-mail at lconnor@gita.org. All nominations for GITA’s 2004 awards must be submitted
