ComCam and Technology Service Corporation Sign Teaming Agreement to Support Department of Defense

WEST CHESTER, Pa., April 18 -- ComCam International, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: CMCA - News), a provider of next-generation remote video and control products, solutions and services, today announced that it has signed a teaming agreement with Technology Service Corporation (TSC), a provider of specialized engineering services for radar, surveillance and Geographic Information Systems (GIS), to handle various Department of Defense (DoD) related projects.

Under the terms of the agreement, ComCam will use TSC's real-time web- based GIS data acquisition and processing systems to complement its IP platform for remote video and control solutions.

"ComCam's established track record in the video security market was the perfect test bed to demonstrate the ease in which our GIS solutions can be integrated into existing security solutions," said Royal Koepsell, Operations Manager at TSC in Colorado Springs. "As homeland security needs continue to escalate beyond one-dimensional solutions, GIS will play a key role in increasing the ability of the government to detect and defuse growing threats."

The agreement follows a successful demonstration of distributed capabilities with ComCam enabled underwater robots in Florida, tracked through the Colorado TSC web-based GIS enterprise, and controlled by users located in Hawaii. The two companies also teamed up to demonstrate ComCam's powerful Web- enabled Common Operating Picture (WebCOP) offering at last November's Asia Pacific Homeland Security Summit and Exposition in Honolulu, Hawaii.

"Our two companies have worked informally for six months supporting various GIS and remote video security solution projects," said ComCam CEO Don Gilbreath. "This partnership further validates our continuous commitment to bring to bear the best possible technology services and partnerships to meet the needs of our clients. Combining TSC's expertise with our remote microserver, video and sensor solutions is a natural fit for building complex, dynamic, and scalable GIS satellite imagery solutions."

For nearly 40 years, Technology Service Corporation (http://www.tsc.com) has developed radar, sensor and surveillance technologies for military, intelligence and civil aviation agencies and radar systems suppliers. TSC, an employee-owned company with a staff of over 300 professionals, delivers superior solutions and services to its customers in support of national security and homeland security initiatives.

ComCam International, Inc. (http://www.comcam.net) is a pioneering developer of IP network surveillance and security solutions for homeland security, government and commercial markets. ComCam has provided IP surveillance and security solutions to the DoD, FBI and Navy for wireless command and control of video security applications. ComCam's technology is found in underwater submersibles (ROVs), in-air reconnaissance (UAVs) and extreme remote video and control applications deployed in some of the world's hot spots.
