Dig-Smart Awarded Prestigious NAGCS Certification

Bergmann Associates, PC (http://www.bergmannpc.com) announced today that Dig-Smart (http://www.dig-smart.com) successfully met the criteria for becoming an NAGCS (National Association of GIS-Centric Software) certified application (http://www.nagcs.org). NAGCS certification distinguishes Dig-Smart as an authorized GIS-Centric solution for One-Call Ticket Management.
Dig-Smart, a revolutionary GIS-centric product enables utility companies to process incoming “call before you dig” excavation requests (a.k.a. tickets) directly in ESRI’s ArcGIS product line and the geodatabase.
NAGCS is an association of ESRI authorized developers dedicated to setting apart GIS-based software applications through a rigid certification process. Some criteria for certification include: ESRI geodatabase as the feature database, non-redundant feature data storage, fully user-definable feature data model and customizable without vendor support.
