Smart Data Strategies and Pictometry Form Marketing Partnership Targeting Appraisal Applications

FRANKLIN, TN and ROCHESTER, NY - January 10, 2005 - Smart Data Strategies, Inc. (SDS), a leading provider of GIS software products and services, and Pictometry International Corp., provider of a patented information system that captures georeferenced, digital aerial oblique and orthogonal images as well as related software, announced today the firms have signed a marketing partnership.
As part of the agreement, the two companies have created an integrated solution that offers their joint customers and new customers the ability to utilize each other's technology. Pictometry's imagery will be linked to ANALYST(tm), the cornerstone of the SDS DREAMaps(tm) suite of Real Property Intelligence tools, to provide a complete view of the subject property identified during the analysis process. This integrates the power of the geographic data mining inherent in DREAMaps(tm) with the unique visual data and measurements made possible by Pictometry's products. In addition, SDS will be utilizing Pictometry imagery in its map creation and data production services for the companies' joint client base.
