Longmont, CO, March 15th, 2005 – Laurel Hill GIS, Inc. announces a new version release of GeoData Sentry. GeoData Sentry is an off-the-shelf software product for ArcGIS™ enterprise geodatabases. It provides users the ability to create custom testing environments for their geodatabases. Technical and managerial users will be able to detect and report errors related to attribute validity, referential integrity, and spatial relationships. The report output is user friendly HTML. Major new functionality for GeoData Sentry version 2.0 includes:
Full support for ArcGIS 9x
Testing for versions within an enterprise geodatabase
Enhanced summary reporting
“GeoData Sentry supports versioned geodatabases. This new functionality allows for testing against versions, prior to reconciling and posting to the default version. Quality control managers will now be able to asses the quality of a specific version and correct errors at the point of entry.
