WennSoft, a Microsoft Gold Certified Solution Developer, Joins ESRI’s Business Partner Program

Redlands, California- ESRI, the world leader in geographic information system (GIS) software, announces that WennSoft, a gold certified solution developer for Microsoft Business Solutions, has joined its Business Partner Program. WennSoft will play a crucial role in ESRI’s program designed to assist Microsoft Dynamics GP (formerly Microsoft Business Solutions-Great Plains) developers in their efforts to deliver integrated solutions with ESRI ArcGIS software solutions.
WennSoft will extend ESRI’s ArcGIS software by providing work order management, facilities management, fleet management, and construction services, all built on the Microsoft Dynamics GP platform. WennSoft’s role will be to develop and provide tight integration between Great Plains Financials and ESRI ArcGIS to allow customers to leverage both applications in one system. With the GIS and WennSoft work order management systems fully integrated with all cost and asset information in Great Plains Financials, customers will have a free flow of information between all departments in their organization.

Partnering with a company such as WennSoft has allowed ESRI to take the Great Plains partner integration program to the next level. ESRI and WennSoft are actively looking for customers to participate in a pilot of the integration between ESRI ArcGIS and Great Plains. This new offering will provide customers a cost-effective solution for managing and integrating finance, e-commerce, project management, construction services, and work order management with their current ESRI GIS solution in one system.
“By working with public sector customers to define features and integration points, we will be able to help them break down the data exchange barriers between departments through the use of strong business analysis tools,” said ESRI government industry solutions manager Christopher Thomas.
