OSI Geospatial Awarded U.S. Army Contracts Valued at US$1.4 Million

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(CCNMatthews - Aug. 24, 2006) - OSI Geospatial Inc. (TSX:OSI)(OTCBB:OSIIF) announced today that its U.S. systems operations has been awarded contracts totaling approximately US$1.4 million by the U.S. Army. Under the contract terms, the company will further develop and enhance its command and control technology to meet U.S. Army operational requirements. Work will be performed over the next 8 months.
