VELOCITIE Assists Indianapolis Power & Light with Vendor Selection Support Services

Green Bay, Wisconsin – December 18, 2006 - VELOCITIE Integration, Inc., a leading provider of integrated GIS solutions and independent Enterprise GIS consulting services, announced today that Indianapolis Power & Light (IPL) engaged their consulting services to assist with the selection of a vendor for their GIS replacement project.
The project included the following primary tasks:
► RFP Development Support – VELOCITIE assisted IPL in producing a Request for Proposal (RFP) that included IPL’s requirements for GIS Implementation Services, Data Migration Services and Interface Development Services.
► Vendor Selection Support – VELOCITIE provided the structured selection process and tools for IPL to make an objective, fair and defensible decision regarding the best vendor for their GIS replacement project.
