HUNTSVILLE, Ala.-- June 15, 2006-- Complete Digital End-to-End Production Workflow Saves Resources and Improves Quality of Product

Intergraph Corporation (NASDAQ:INGR) today announced that Centro Geografico del Ejercito de Tierra (Spanish Army) has selected and implemented Intergraph geospatial technology to create a completely digital end-to-end production workflow for processing and finishing paper maps. The digital production environment saves the Spanish Army time, reduces costs and produces high-quality maps.

Using Intergraph technology, the Spanish Army is standardizing operator training by consolidating knowledge of various products into one intuitive, user-friendly environment. The highly productive mapping workflow allows for easy customization, including secure attribution capture and population, as well as simplified maintenance tasks. In addition, users may publish maps directly into Adobe Acrobat PDF format - reducing time-consuming conversion steps.

"Migrating our complex map production workflow to Intergraph's user-friendly platform has resulted in significant savings in time and resources - freeing our employees to focus on other aspects of their jobs," said Com. Tomas Ansotegui from Spanish Army. "Using the Intergraph solution, we avoid disparate format problems, as data is now housed in a single central repository available to all enterprise departments.

Rob Mott, manager, Geospatial Intelligence Solution Center, Intergraph, said, "Intergraph provides a comprehensive solution for the military and intelligence market. Our digital end-to-end solutions provide customers in Europe and around the world with a common operational picture for their mission-critical tasks, which is of paramount importance for national security."
