Listings Mapping and Prospect Connector - New Real Estate Internet Power Tools from Z57, Inc.

marketing company, announced today two new online marketing tools to assist
real estate professionals in securing residential listings. Listings
Mapping is the agent's answer to their buyers/sellers quest for marketing
location, location, location. Data-layered maps, along with unlimited email
marketing pieces, give agents an "exposure edge." Prospect Connector allows
agents to quickly create and send a Just Listed, Just Sold, or Open House
postcard via email to all of their prospects and sphere agents.
The agent enters the listing data and photos one time in Z57's Agent
Excellence web site product. This data seamlessly feeds the online
marketing program. Properties are automatically posted on Oodle, Trulia and
PropSmart for added search engine optimization. With the Listings Mapping
feature, the property location is immediately displayed on a Yahoo! map.
The prospect has immediate access to three map views: the street location
map showing the proximity to parks, highways, school, ocean, etc; the
hybrid view imposing streets on a satellite view; and the satellite view.
Web site visitors do not have to download any software to view the maps.
With Prospect Connector the agent's time from signing a listing to
creating a "Just Listed" comprehensive, attractive announcement has gone
from days to minutes. The listings data automatically flows into pre-built
campaign templates. This easy-to-use editing software feature allows agents
to customize their mailings, build campaigns, as well as create one-time
communications like birthday greetings. The agent can select to email to
all the contacts in their database, segments of their lists or import new
leads. According to the 2006 NAR Center for REALTOR(R) Technology Survey,
