ESRI to Host GIS Pavilion at American Public Works Association Congress and Expo

Redlands, CA - ESRI will host a GIS Pavilion at the 2008 American Public Works Association International Public Works Congress and Exposition in New Orleans, Louisiana. The GIS Pavilion will be open August 17¨C19 in the exhibit hall, booth #2031.

Staff from ESRI and ESRI Canada Limited will be available to answer attendees' questions and demonstrate geographic information system (GIS) solutions tailored to meet the needs of public works professionals. Ten ESRI business partners are also participating in the GIS Pavilion: CompassCom, EnterInfo, Spatial Data Integrations, TRANSMAP, VUEWorks, Cart¨ºGraph, RouteSmart, TC Technology, Trimble, and Woolpert.

"The pavilion will provide attendees with one place where they can get all the information they need about developing a GIS-based public works information system and using GIS for improved operational awareness, planning, and asset management," said Chuck Cmeyla, ESRI's public works industry solutions manager. "With 12 organizations participating, many experts will be on hand to answer questions and demonstrate innovative GIS software solutions."
