Learn What's New in ArcGIS Desktop 9.3

Redlands, CA - The user-friendly features of ESRI's soon-to-be-released ArcGIS Desktop 9.3 and the software's many enhancements will be demonstrated during an online training seminar in June.
What's New in ArcGIS Desktop 9.3 will air on ESRI's Training and Education Web site at www.esri.com/lts on June 19, 2008, at 9:00 a.m., 11:00 a.m., and 3:00 p.m. (Pacific daylight time).
Feedback from ESRI software users drove the development for ArcGIS 9.3. This seminar will focus on the improvements and enhancements to the tools and functionality the users requested. These advanced features will streamline day-to-day tasks and simplify workflows.
The presenter will discuss
• The new Convert graphics to features function
• Improvements to bookmarks
• Raster export enhancements
• Enhancements to joins and relates
• Improvements to layers and layer file handling
• The new ArcGIS Desktop Resource Center
• New HTML pop-ups
Seminar attendees should know how to work in the ArcGIS 9.x environment, navigate and use the ArcMap and ArcCatalog applications of ArcGIS Desktop, work with tables and labels, symbolize data, and use ArcCatalog to manage GIS data.
