Pitney Bowes Group 1 Software and Pitney Bowes MapInfo Announce Support for Microsoft SQL Server

Troy, NY & Lanham, MD - Pitney Bowes Group 1 Software and Pitney Bowes MapInfo today announced that two of their leading products will support Microsoft SQL Server® 2008. Enterprise customers considering Microsoft SQL Server 2008 as their data platform will now have access to Pitney Bowes Group 1 Software’s new Communications Intelligence (CI) Platform for address and mail management. In addition, Pitney Bowes MapInfo will provide support for the spatial enhancements to Microsoft SQL Server 2008 in its MapInfo Professional® v9.5 location intelligence software. These latest offerings enable organizations to directly access, visualize and analyze data from SQL Server 2008 while adding location intelligence analysis to business applications and optimizing client-customer communications.
