Printer Friendly
Goldsboro, NC – Geographic Technologies Group, Inc. (GTG), a leading GIS solutions provider, is
helping local government organizations realize the full potential of their GIS. GTG is now offering free
webinars featuring the new enterprise software suite, GeoBlade.
The webinars are designed to provide users with all the tools needed to maximize the impact that the
software has in an organization. GTG also offers free LG webinars for HTE users. These specialized
webinars support GTG’s LG GeoBlade software. Webinar attendees can choose to participate in either
private or group webinars.
GeoBlade is an ArcGIS Server-based enterprise software suite. It is equipped with a core viewer and the
ability to incorporate additional plug-ins, called “blades.” Blades are additional functionalities specific to
an agency’s departmental needs. The toolset is highly customizable, and its user-friendly interface
makes working with GIS a reality for all local government professionals.
“Our webinars are designed for users to make the most of their GIS experience,” said Curt Hinton, CEO
of GTG. “Many times, users aren’t aware of all of the capabilities an application has to offer. We want
local governments to realize the full potential of their GIS.”
