New - open a new map or use the data mapping wizard Open - open an existing Mappoint .ptm map Save - save work Save As - save as a mappoint .ptm file, mappoint template .ptt, or as an html file. Save as Web Page - save map as html file Page Setup - define you page layout for printing Print - send to printer Send to - This will open up your default email program and send the current Mappoint file .ptm to someone as an email attachement (recipient will require Mappoint on the other end) Link Data - link map to Excell, MS Access, or Outlook data files.
